Return/Exchange/Refund Policy.

Our apparel and hair are original Kancky custom products created and tested with standard quality to meet direct user needs. Our apparels are proudly made in Nigeria and our hair units are obtained directly from their respective countries of origin.

Dear Kancky soldier, before purchasing any product from Kancky co., please take some time to read our policy about return/exchange and refund conditions for all of our products.
  1. All sales are Final and Refunds are not allowed for all product categories.
  2. However, as a commitment to our customers, we are giving some exceptions for exchange for Apparel and Hair only. Kancky will do the exchange, but not paying for shipping, except in the following cases: A. If product is wrong pattern, color, length, texture, quality. B. If customer receives a multi-item delivery with some missing items, you should contact us within 24 hours. If it’s Kancky’s fault, we will send the rest of the items immediately, but if shipping company’s fault, we will wait for their decision on whether they accept the claim and will provide compensation in some ways. If customer reports too late(after 48 hours), we won’t accept the claim and cannot send you compensation. C. As stated above, if you do not receive your order within 48 hours after date marked on shipment status, please contact us immediately. Furthermore, if customer provides wrong address and the order gets missing, we will not take responsibility.
  3. Kancky co. will not accept Exchange due to the following cases: A. Customer did use, damage, cut, dye, wash or alter product in some way before letting us know product status. B. Customer wants to change the pattern, color, length, texture, quality without notifying us. C. Customer changes mind about agreement made prior to purchasing product. D. Customer no longer wants to wait for order to arrive because of long delivery time by shipping company.
  4. Products must be returned to us within 48 hours (local) or 96 hours (international) from the day it was authorized for an exchange. After the above stated period, we will assume that the products are satisfactory and no exchange is necessary.
  5. Exchange request without communication or after 24 hours upon receiving goods will be rejected.
  6. Custom apparel and hair orders cannot be exchanged.
